For decades, Navy Days at Portsmouth
Dockyard was an annual reminder of England's Naval power and influence
around the world, but with the shrinking of our marine fleet this event
was disbanded. Fortunately this showcase of Armed forces might was revived
as a combined ancient and modern tribute to ships worldwide as the
International Festival of the Sea. |
