The TNC line is intended for the economical complete machining of complex parts on a single machine. Turning and milling operations, as well as the implementation of other machining processes such as polygon turning, profile and flat milling, the production of special threads or the integration of laser machining, demonstrate the possibilities of this product line.
It is available with different levels of equipment, with one or two tool carriers, and with or without counter spindle.
The decisive factor is not the multitude of variants, but the profit you make. You pay only for what you need.
  • High production rates due to simultaneous machining with up to 3 tool carriers at the main and counter spindle; chip to chip time 0.55 sec.
     
  • Backworking with tool drive for up to 5 tools
     
  • Main and counter spindle with hollow shaft motors and synchronous drive technology
     
  • Tool carrier, used as multifunctional turrets with high speed indexing and 12 stations (individually or centrally driven)
     
  • Standard tooling and fast tool mounting as well as short set-up times
     
  • Front attachment with 5 or 7 stations for fixed and driven tools
     
  • Easily accessible work area from both sides
